Job Title: Visiting Scheme Manager

Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties at Firwood Court in Camberley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize your workload independently, with support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team.
  • Organize and oversee repairs and maintenance of communal areas, as well as the structure of the property.
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure the general management of the building.
  • Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of IT knowledge and understanding, with experience using applications such as Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
