Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:

HRLife Ltd is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join their busy team as the company continues to grow and take on new projects. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized HR professional who wants to learn and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective support across all areas of HR to employees and managers.
  • Be the first point of contact to answer HR queries, find answers, or point employees in the right direction.
  • Assist HR with the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts on various recruitment sites, managing responses, and sending interview details.
  • Provide and update HR files and reports, providing analysis, using the HRIS, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation.
  • Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary, and benefits.
  • Prepare and produce pay increase letters.
  • Support with various acquisition projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy HR department in a UK-based company is essential.
  • A HR graduate who can work at pace and has a desire to learn and do a great job.
  • Essential to be a car driver and live locally to the area.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £25-30k depending on experience.
