**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a fantastic organisation who operate a busy and productive working environment. They have a successful business model which means that the business is constantly growing and developing with their market. This organisation have a large back of house team who all work collaboratively together and strive to hit deadlines and perform well. This business are looking for someone who will join them and share within their brand values.

As a HR Advisor for the organisation you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to including:

- Building relationships and providing all Managers with support and advice regarding employee relations issues.
- Be involved in Employee Relations cases which include grievances, disciplinaries and absence management.
- Being able to take the lead on Employee Relations cases when necessary
- Lead on policy and process reviews to make sure these are updated and accurate
- Keep up to date with employment law and any employment legislation, and make updates or changes where necessary.
- Assist with other HR tasks when necessary and collaborate with other members of the team.
- Work on projects as and when necessary to help and meet deadlines

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience of Employee Relations
- Previous experience working within a HR Advisory role.
- Good interpersonal skills meaning that you are able to build good working relationships
- Good working knowledge of HR Systems
- A good level of Excel knowledge
