Portfolio Payroll are partnered with a successful global organisation currently seeking a strategic & experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into HR and playing a key part in the core leadership team, this role will manage the daily operations of the large payroll team.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30 + EMEA countries
Involvement in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities & payroll providers
Management of a large payroll team - driving the development of the team, carrying out 1:1s & appraisals
Maintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEA
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes
Provide leadership and support to develop areas for growth & advancement
Lead on payroll related projects within EMEA
Experience required:
Extensive experience in a Payroll Management role
Experience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrolls
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forward
Experience of managing large payroll teams
This role offers hybrid working, early finish Fridays and other excellent benefits.
