Strategic EMEA Payroll Manager

Job Summary:
Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a strategic and experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the large payroll team, including leading and supporting payroll processing across 30+ EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30+ EMEA countries
• Involvement in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities and payroll providers
• Management of a large payroll team, driving the development of the team, carrying out 1:1s and appraisals
• Maintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEA
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes
• Provide leadership and support to develop areas for growth and advancement
• Lead on payroll-related projects within EMEA
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a Payroll Management role
• Experience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrolls
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forward
• Experience of managing large payroll teams
