Product Manager

At Mulberry Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our brand(s) across all countries. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive the success of our products through market expansion and partner management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the management and development of the brand(s) in all countries.
  • Drive the success of products through market expansion and partner management.
  • Work closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support.
  • Play a key role in building relationships with the team.
  • Define and ensure effective execution of the Business Model.
  • Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities to grow sales or margins.
  • Provide an annual Brand Plan and data for inclusion in the Strategic and Operating Plans of the business.
  • Provide and lead Marketing and advertising promotional planning in entities for the brand(s).
  • Coordinate with Marketing department to ensure all events are done and properly followed up according to the plans.
  • Deploy Brand(s) related sales enablement and support processes tools for supporting entities' organizations seamlessly in their commercial efforts at recruiting, developing, and retaining customers.

  • Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
