Job Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for numerous countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll vendors, to resolve employee and payroll queries.
  • Handle all payroll-related queries and be the first point of contact for the payroll vendor.

Requirements:

  • Strong UK payroll understanding and experience with end-to-end processing.
  • Ability to quickly pick up international/EMEA payroll processing.
  • Immediately available or on short notice.

What We Offer:

  • 2-year FTC term.
  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (hourly rate + holiday pay), dependent on experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangement: Monday to Thursday office-based, Friday remote work.
  • Parking on site and subsidised food.
