Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert to join our team in the GB&I region, focusing on Asset Management and Real Estate Costs. As a key member of our Real Estate Location Management organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving attainment of P&L and asset targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a controller/financial partner for the Real Estate location management organization to establish and drive attainment of P&L and asset targets.
  • Ensure timely cost and revenue recognition, in line with IFRS16 requirements for the defined region within the EMEA portfolio.
  • Create monthly transparency on regional location performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects.
  • Evaluate business cases and facilitate the Investment Application process.

Your Expertise

  • You are preferably educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.
  • You will be fully qualified in a recognized finance accreditation (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA from ICAEW).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • You will have excellent presentation skills.
  • You will need excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to interface with cross-functional stakeholders proactively and effectively.
  • Goals and results driven with a passion for digitalization in finance.
