Financial Expert

As a Financial Expert at Siemens Healthineers, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our Real Estate location management organization. Your expertise will be essential in establishing and driving the attainment of P&L and asset targets, ensuring timely cost and revenue recognition, and creating monthly transparency on regional location performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a controller/financial partner for the Real Estate location management organization to establish and drive attainment of P&L and asset targets.
- Ensure timely cost and revenue recognition, in line with IFRS16 requirements for the defined region within the EMEA portfolio.
- Create monthly transparency on regional location performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects.
- Evaluate business cases and facilitate the Investment Application process.
Your Expertise:
- You are preferably educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.
- You will be fully qualified in a recognized finance accreditation (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA from ICAEW).
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
- You will have excellent presentation skills.
- You will need excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to interface with cross-functional stakeholders proactively and effectively.
- Goals and results driven with a passion for digitalisation in finance
