Apply now for the position of Finance Manager and you will as act as the financial expert and interface to internal partners regarding all Asset Management topics (e.g. Business Principles, Lease in / out), Building Operations (Maintenance, FM/FS) and Space Management (space efficiency, workplace concepts) and real estate costs within the GB&I region.

Your Role:

You act as a controller/financial partner for the Real Estate location management organisation to establish and drive attainment of P&L and asset targets. Ensure timely cost and revenue recognition, in line with IFRS16 requirements for the defined region within the EMEA portfolio. Create monthly transparency on regional location performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results. Perform ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects. Evaluate business cases and facilitate the Investment Application process.

Your Expertise:

You are preferably educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. You will be fully qualified in a recognised finance accreditation (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA from ICAEW). In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management. You will have excellent presentation skills. You will need excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to interface with cross-functional stakeholders proactively and effectively.
