Strategic Payroll Manager

Portfolio Payroll is partnering with a successful global organisation to find a strategic and experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role will involve managing the daily operations of a large payroll team, reporting into HR and playing a key part in the core leadership team.
- Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30+ EMEA countries
- Be involved in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities and payroll providers
- Manage a large payroll team, driving their development and carrying out 1:1s and appraisals
- Maintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEA
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes
- Provide leadership and support to develop areas for growth and advancement
- Lead on payroll-related projects within EMEA
- Extensive experience in a Payroll Management role
- Experience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrolls
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forward
- Experience of managing large payroll teams
