Leading Wholesaler for Cleaner, Janitorial and Hygiene Suppliers
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £50,000) + Company Car
We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in Camberley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our goods and services to existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the Sales Director and Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for all aspects of your portfolio of accounts, working closely with other departments such as customer services.
- You will meet agreed company goals and targets for growth in terms of turnover, profitability, and new business.
- You will maintain up-to-date customer records and files using our CRM tool, write reports and quotes, and complete administrative tasks related to your accounts.
- You will manage and develop your accounts, visiting customers as needed to maintain relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
- You will prioritize your own activity to align with company goals and individual targets.
Working with Us:
- You will work closely with the Sales Director to identify development needs, highlight opportunities for growth, and address potential risks.
- You will attend regular performance reviews with the Sales Director to discuss sales performance and opportunity pipeline.
- You may be required to represent the company at external events and complete tasks outside of your normal role.
