Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and fast-paced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Armstrong Lloyd - Marketing Recruitment. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive growth in a key omnichannel business segment.
Key responsibilities will include managing and developing the new omnichannel business segment, fostering strong relationships with customer organizations to grow sales, and coordinating with internal departments to provide ongoing value to the customer.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Asset Manager, with solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of customer organization are essential.
We are looking for someone with e-commerce experience and the ability to manage a large product range online, as well as experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.
- Manage and develop the new omnichannel business segment.
- Foster strong relationships within the customer organization to grow sales.
- Liaise with category managers to manage forecasting, introduce new products, and support promotions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide ongoing value to the customer.
- Manage the forecasting process, stock management, and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and assess customer operations to identify opportunities and risks.
