About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to grow their insurance portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Work closely with our underwriting and broking teams to deliver innovative insurance solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial insurance environment, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance market and industry trends, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
