At Career Trails, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Retail Services Leader to join our team.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience.

We are a dynamic organization that specializes in retail display work. As the Strategic Retail Services Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client services for a major retail client. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, focusing on transformation programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless and efficient client experiences.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the client services department and make necessary improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve overall client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client services or customer success role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
