At Career Trails, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Director to lead our client services for a major retail client. With a strong background in retail display work and transformation programmes, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Bull and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
  • Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives, providing guidance, training, and support for high performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage department budgets efficiently, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services or customer success roles, with at least 2 years in management or leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. This role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on experience.
