Bodypower Sports Ltd is a leading retailer in the fitness industry, and we're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Frimley store to continued success.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one. As a retail sales role, this position also comes with a range of benefits, including:
- A 40-hour working week, with a rolling rota that includes 5 days a week and alternate weekends and bank holidays;

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role at our Frimley store. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales advisors, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the sports or fitness industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team;
- A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
