Career Trails is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager - Retail and Manufacturing to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our client services for a major retail client, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of client services representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.

About the Role:
The Client Relationship Manager - Retail and Manufacturing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This includes collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the client services department. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual with a proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client services or customer success role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are also necessary. Knowledge of CRM software and experience in data analysis are desirable. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our estimated salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
