About M&J Group: M&J Group, a distinguished specialist construction company with a rich 50-year history, operates across three divisions: Flat Roofing, Pitched Roofing, and Construction. Committed to excellence in all aspects of our work, we are currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a 7-month project based at our client's location in Sandhurst.

Job Description: We are in need of a Resident Liaison Officer to play a proactive role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with our clients. This role involves being the primary point of contact for families within the MOD base, ensuring effective communication about all project-related works and their impact on daily life. The Resident Liaison Officer will collaborate with and support the Site Manager, requiring excellent communication skills.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for families within the base
- Ensure timely communication with families regarding work, timeframes, and any impact on their day-to-day life
- Provide ample notification of works, including 14-day notification letters
- Notify surrounding homes not on the program but affected by works, including providing notifications and maps
- Engage with families pre-start to identify any special requirements
- Communicate relevant information to subcontractors for program adjustments
- Build strong relationships with the client, resident & welfare leads, OnBase translator, and provide regular updates on works, access issues, and complaints
- Attend monthly progress meetings and offer input based on feedback from families
- Familiarity with official complaints processes and compensation procedures
- Arrange and attend post-completion visits to ensure all concerns are addressed, including those of families and surrounding homes affected by the works

Other Requirements:

- Security Clearance for an MOD site and an in-date DBS Certificate (obtained by the company)
- Proven experience in a similar role or customer facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Pay through a Payroll Scheme (Hudson Contracts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to £750.00 per week
