Fleet Operations Coordinator

Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are seeking a Fleet Controller to join our Fleet and Asset Team at our Head Office. As a Fleet Controller, you will support the Fleet Team in undertaking tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, HR and procurement, to support overall business objectives related to the fleet.
  • Organising Group Vehicle Requirements (Spot Hire/Rental/Contract Hire).
  • Managing Tolls, CC, ULEZ Accounts for the Group.
  • Administration of forms and associated fleet documents.
  • Expediently updating and processing Fleet invoices for payment and challenging non-compliant invoices (overcharge, unauthorised, extra work) and liaising with suppliers as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & Formula's would be beneficial.
  • Fleet Management experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and Fleet Suppliers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
  • A full driving license is required.
