Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing customers to the world of independent living and providing expert advice on their purchase of our apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Proactively contacting customers who have shown interest in our developments and providing tailored advice on their purchase.
- Working closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. Previous new homes sales experience, particularly in the retirement market, is desirable.
You will be responsible for demonstrating professional and responsible selling at all times, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and having previous experience of using IT databases.
