We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to become a vital part of our Mortgage processing division within our organization.

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will thrive in a dynamic, client-centric atmosphere, generating leads for mortgage advisors, overseeing incoming lead management, coordinating renewal processes, and delivering outstanding post-sale assistance to our clientele. This role will also involve pursuing industry-recognized qualifications to enhance your career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Specialist
  • Engage and manage prospective clients through various communication channels, utilizing our existing CRM systems and additional tools as necessary.
  • Qualify leads through phone interactions, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective lead generation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet established deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively across different business departments and assist with various tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Experience for a Client Engagement Specialist
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, strong relationship-building, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using your initiative and problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in IT applications (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
