Customer Engagement Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to become a part of our Mortgage processing team within our Mortgage Club.

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will thrive in a dynamic, client-centric setting, creating opportunities for mortgage advisors, overseeing incoming lead management, coordinating renewal processes, and delivering outstanding post-sale assistance to our clients. This role will also involve pursuing industry-recognized qualifications to enhance your career development.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Engagement Consultant

Engage and manage prospective clients through various communication channels, including our established CRM systems and additional methods as necessary. Contact and assess leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects for future reference. Collaborate with the sales team to support effective lead generation efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines effectively. Work collaboratively across different business departments and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience Required for a Customer Engagement Consultant

Self-driven and motivated individual. Excellent telephone etiquette, strong relationship-building, and customer service abilities. Capacity to use your initiative and solve problems swiftly and effectively. Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. Proficient in IT (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
