Customer Engagement Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to become a part of our Mortgage processing division, within our Mortgage Club.

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will thrive in a dynamic, client-centric atmosphere, creating opportunities for mortgage advisors, overseeing incoming lead management, coordinating renewal processes, and delivering outstanding post-sale assistance to our clients. This role will also include pursuing industry-recognized qualifications to enhance your career development.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Engagement Consultant

Engage and manage prospective clients through various communication channels, including our existing CRM systems and additional tools as necessary. Qualify leads through phone interactions, emails, and other communication methods. Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects for future engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to support effective lead generation efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet established deadlines. Work collaboratively across different business units and assist with various tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience for a Customer Engagement Consultant

Highly driven and self-motivated. Excellent telephone skills, strong relationship-building, and customer service abilities. Capability to use your initiative and solve problems efficiently. Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. Proficient in IT (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
