Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries from our dealer network and end users, as well as collaborating with internal teams such as sales and customer service. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to technical inquiries via phone and email from both internal and external customers, providing effective solutions.
  • Engaging in hands-on activities within the technical workshop to enhance your knowledge and occasionally offer support.
  • Organizing and conducting video consultations with customers, ensuring clear communication and assistance.
Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a technical mindset. A background in mechanics or mechanical engineering is preferred.
