About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Mortgage processing team as a Client Relationship Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in generating opportunities for mortgage consultants, managing inbound lead flow and distribution, managing renewal activity, and providing exceptional post-sale support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with sales to assist with effective lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Update a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
- Contact and qualify leads through various communication methods.
- Assist with other tasks as required across different business departments.
Requirements
- Be driven and self-motivated.
- Have good telephone manner, strong relationship building, and customer service skills.
- Be able to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Have outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Be IT literate (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
