Mortgage Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Relationship Manager to join our team at Dynamo, a leading telephone-based mortgage and insurance broker. As a Mortgage Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, generating opportunities for mortgage consultants, and providing exceptional post-sale support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist with effective lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Update databases of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Use your own initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work across multiple business departments and assist with other tasks as required
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal

Benefits:

  • Up to 10% discretionary bonus, annual
