Mortgage Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Mortgage processing team as a Mortgage Relationship Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities for mortgage consultants, managing inbound lead flow and distribution, managing renewal activity, and providing exceptional post-sale support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify leads through various channels, including our CRM systems and other communication methods.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist with effective lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work across other business departments and assist with other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Being driven and self-motivated.
  • Good telephone manner, strong relationship building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
