As a Client Relationship Specialist at Dynamo, you will be responsible for generating opportunities for mortgage consultants, managing inbound lead flow and distribution, managing renewal activity, and providing exceptional post-sale support to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Contacting and managing potential clients through various channels
* Qualifying leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
* Updating a database of leads and prospects for future reference
* Collaborating with sales to assist with effective lead generation
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients
* Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A driven and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
* Excellent telephone manner, strong relationship building, and customer service skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and problem-solve quickly and efficiently
* Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
* IT literacy (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook)
