Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complaint Resolution: Deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Reporting and Communication: Report to the Head of Customer Service and communicate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints.
- Inspections and Defect Management: Conduct inspections to identify defects and report them to the relevant parties, ensuring that defects are rectified in a timely manner.
- Subcontractor Management: Liaise with subcontractors and trades to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and that customer complaints are minimized.
- Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of the progress of their complaints and provide regular updates on the expected resolution timeframe.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service teams to ensure that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need direct experience in defect management within the residential housing sector, ideally in a management capacity.
