Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during your shift, managing your team's performance and time, and demonstrating a decisive, organized, and inclusive approach.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the store during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve high standards of customer service and store operations.
- Plan and organize resources, including staff, stock, and equipment, to meet the needs of the store.
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive store environment.
