Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our small format supermarkets. You'll lead a team of colleagues to provide a warm and welcoming environment, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback
