Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at GoHenry. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in ensuring that the customer service team is providing excellent service to our customers.
- Monitor and manage customer contact volumes and resources to ensure effective service delivery.
- Identify and communicate potential issues to the management team.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations and complaints effectively.
- Monitor and improve timekeeping and task adherence across the team.
- Be visible and available to support the team.
- Conduct regular handovers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the Quality and Training team to support new team members.
- Proven experience in supervising a team, ideally in a contact centre environment.
- Effective communication and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and make decisions that prioritize business needs.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
