Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at GoHenry. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service and meet departmental SLAs.
- Monitor and manage contact volumes and resources to ensure the team is working effectively throughout the day.
- Identify potential issues and communicate them with the management team to ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and improve timekeeping and task adherence across the team, providing feedback and coaching to individuals as needed.
- Be visible and available to the team, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular handovers with the incoming supervisor/team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with the Quality and Training team to support the onboarding of new team members and provide training and guidance on best practices and query solutions.
- Proven experience in supervising a team, ideally in a contact centre environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use diplomacy and sensitivity when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Able to be assertive in providing constructive feedback and making decisions that prioritize business needs.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be highly organized, with a focus on setting priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.
