ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our Talent Partners and the broader People Team during a phase of significant growth. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier talent. You will prioritize delivering an outstanding candidate experience from the initial job posting to the pre-onboarding phase, fostering strong relationships with prospective hires and enhancing our employer brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining high standards of candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage tasks related to job offers and pre-onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding experience.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation and process manuals.
  • Administer hiring materials effectively.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (Workable) updated and organized.
  • Support Talent Partners by analyzing recruitment data to drive improvements.
  • Utilize third-party platforms to assess data and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Organize and assist with job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative support.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently while fostering team cohesion.
  • Analytical mindset, utilizing data to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with recruitment systems, particularly Workable ATS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Initial video call with a UK Talent Partner.
  • In-person interview with a UK Talent Partner.
  • Final interview with the Head of Department or Director of People & Talent.
