EAL Support Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled EAL Support Assistant to join our team at a thriving secondary school in Preston, Lancashire. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with English as an additional language to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver small group intervention to support students with EAL in achieving their language development goals.
- Support students in lessons to ensure they make expected progress towards their target levels.
- Work with subject teachers to ensure lesson materials are used effectively to support students with EAL.
- Promote whole school strategies to support students with EAL and ensure their inclusion in all aspects of school life.
