You should have excellent skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unwavering respect for those we serve. Additionally, you will be proficient in assessing needs and managing risks proactively, ensuring that support plans foster an active and fulfilling lifestyle with a focus on a 'can do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the Support Coordinator:
  • Deliver outcome-oriented support to empower clients to lead meaningful and valued lives, maintain their accommodations, engage in their local communities, and more.
  • Effectively address the needs of our clients while taking on additional responsibilities such as managing schedules, onboarding new staff, and supervising team members.
  • Work flexibly, which may include evening and weekend shifts, as well as on-call duties.
  • Administer medication as required.

In addition to providing direct support, the Support Coordinator role includes some off-schedule time dedicated to managing service delivery. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, supported by favorable working conditions and a nurturing management culture.

A valid, up-to-date driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as travel within the service area is required.
