Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Preston, Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Promote service users' independence and choice, encouraging them to engage in a range of exciting social activities.
- Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
- Work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including part-time hours and sleep-ins, at a rate of £40 per shift.
- Be a driver, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
- Full training provided by our Creative Support Training Academy.
- The opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
