About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide person-centred care and support to women with individual needs. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting independence, structure, and routine in a calm and quiet environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support women to achieve their goals and promote independence in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Promote structure, boundaries, and routine in the home and local community.
- Facilitate activities in the home, complete daily household tasks, and maintain the wellbeing of our ladies.
- Work across three services to meet the needs of our ladies, delivering high standards of care and quality of life.
Requirements:
- Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential, as we will provide all necessary training.
- Ability to work in a calm and quiet environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
