About the Role:
Creative Support Ltd is seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to women with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and trauma histories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support women with their individual needs, goals, and aspirations
- Provide a person-centred approach to care, promoting independence and control over their lives
- Establish a safe and nurturing environment, promoting structure, boundaries, and routine
- Facilitate activities and daily household tasks, maintaining the wellbeing of our ladies
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high standards of care and quality of life
Requirements:
- Experience in the care sector (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing person-centred care and promoting independence
