Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Blue Ribbon Health & Wellbeing. As a key member of our Supported Living service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans, ensuring that the needs and wants of each service user are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
