We are seeking a reliable and empathetic individual to support a young boy in Penwortham, Preston. The successful candidate will be based in the local area and able to commute.

The individual we are supporting has a rare inherited disorder which can cause behavioural disturbances and self-harm. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
