In this role, you will engage with customers, assist in store operations, and help create a positive shopping atmosphere. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our store operates efficiently and that customers leave satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Handle cash register operations and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain store aesthetics by organizing products, ensuring shelves are stocked, and creating attractive displays.
  • Support inventory management by receiving and unpacking stock, monitoring stock levels, and managing stock rotation.
  • Address customer questions, manage returns and exchanges, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with in-store promotions and sales efforts to meet store objectives.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth store operations and foster a positive work culture.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding cash handling and store security.
  • Participate in store opening and closing tasks as required.
