Role Overview:

Are you detail-oriented and enthusiastic about retail? As a Retail Operations Assistant at 8Bits, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail space. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from managing inventory to collaborating with team members, all aimed at fostering a productive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and performing regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure the stockroom and sales area are clean and well-organized, making products easily accessible.
  • Work alongside the sales team to guarantee that products are restocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Keep track of stock levels and notify management of any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Assist in merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and arranging products for optimal visual impact.
  • Support customer transactions at the checkout as needed.
  • Help prepare the store for promotional events and special activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and updating inventory records.
