Job Summary

Success Talent is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of retail professionals, and ensuring the store meets its sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Manage the store's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that the store is profitable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of retail IT systems and ability to use data to inform business decisions.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage the store's budget and ensure profitability.
