Position Overview

The Head of Marketing will spearhead the development of marketing strategies aimed at broadening the company's outreach and driving revenue growth. This role entails leading the marketing initiatives to ensure the effective execution of the marketing plan, as well as the creation and production of both print and digital marketing materials. The individual will monitor customer and market analytics to pinpoint trends and growth opportunities, while also assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments.

The Head of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will closely collaborate with the Head of Sales & Account Management. This position grants autonomy in generating sales leads through diverse marketing methods and is accountable for managing the marketing budget and overseeing a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accountable for executing all marketing activities outlined in the Business Plan.
  2. Formulates the strategy and oversees the marketing plans and budget.
  3. Ensures the marketing department achieves established KPIs, particularly MQLs and SQLs.
  4. Delivers multi-channel campaigns supported by market research to position OryxAlign as a thought leader in relevant topics.
  5. Maintains a strong sales orientation and collaborates closely with the Head of Sales to generate new business opportunities.
  6. Oversees the creation of sales and marketing literature, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  7. Manages and enhances the corporate website in partnership with third-party providers.
  8. Conducts regular marketing campaigns targeting clients and prospects.
  9. In collaboration with the Head of Sales, explores avenues for enhancing existing services and introducing new offerings.
  10. Works with industry vendors and partners for joint marketing initiatives.
  11. Identifies new target markets and devises strategies for effective communication.
  12. Oversees the company's social media presence, ensuring optimal brand positioning.
  13. Responsible for the content and distribution of client and prospect newsletters.
  14. Acts as the liaison between marketing and design agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various third-party marketing services.
  15. Manages event logistics and coordination in collaboration with other team members.

Experience Requirements

  1. Experience in the technology services sector is essential.
  2. A proven track record of delivering successful marketing ROI.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. Intermediate technical skills in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Marketing Tools (GA4), etc.
  2. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
