We are excited to present an opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Regional Marketing teams and collaborate closely with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, as well as the Lifestyle and Brand/Content teams, to effectively convey the organization's ongoing strategies through various campaigns, public relations efforts, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities as the Head of Marketing Operations:

  1. Design, coordinate, and implement the annual campaign calendars for PPHE Hotel Group, alongside multi-brand B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns, in collaboration with broader marketing teams, including Arena Hospitality Group and Radisson Hotel Group.
  2. Identify and capitalize on commercial initiatives and opportunities.
  3. Oversee the UK & NL Regional Marketing teams, partnering with local General Managers and hotel teams to execute the Park Plaza 90-day plans and ongoing marketing activities.
  4. Actively engage in Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operational meetings.
  5. Manage and execute Regional PR strategies and initiatives.
  6. Take charge of the planning, coordination, and execution of media and marketing events.
  7. Supervise and direct photo, video, and multimedia productions across the estate.
  8. Monitor, report, and communicate results of marketing activities.
  9. Oversee the hotel Content Matrices, ensuring timely updates for hotels, restaurants, bars, M&E, and other relevant online platforms and listings.
  10. Assist the VP of Brand & Content Marketing and other team members in launching new hotels, restaurants, and products to the market.
  11. Provide and disseminate relevant industry and competitor insights.
  12. Manage PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK & NL regions.
  13. Support the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience team with various initiatives.
