Position Overview

Head of Marketing Operations

We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Marketing Operations. In this pivotal position, you will lead the Regional Marketing teams and collaborate closely with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, as well as the Lifestyle and Brand/Content teams, to effectively convey the ongoing strategies of the organization through various channels including campaigns, public relations, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordinate, and implement the annual marketing campaign calendars for the PPHE Hotel Group, along with multi-brand B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns, in conjunction with broader marketing teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities and initiatives.
  • Oversee the UK and NL Regional Marketing teams, collaborating with local General Managers and hotel teams to execute the Park Plaza 90-day plans and ongoing marketing activities.
  • Engage actively in Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operational meetings to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Manage and strategize Regional PR activities and initiatives.
  • Take charge of the planning, coordination, and execution of media and marketing events.
  • Direct and oversee photo, video, and multimedia production across the hotel estate.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate the results of marketing activities.
  • Manage the Content Matrices for hotels, ensuring timely updates across various channels, online platforms, and listings.
  • Assist the VP of Brand & Content Marketing and team members in launching new hotels, restaurants, and products to the market.
  • Provide and disseminate relevant industry insights and competitor analysis.
  • Supervise PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK and NL regions.
  • Support the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience teams with various initiatives.
