Position Overview:

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Head of Marketing Operations who will lead the Regional Marketing teams. This role involves collaboration with the VP of Brand & Content Marketing, as well as the Lifestyle and Brand/Content teams, to effectively convey the ongoing strategies of the organization through various channels including campaigns, public relations, partnerships, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordinate, and implement the annual campaign calendars for the PPHE Hotel Group, including multi-brand B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns alongside broader marketing teams.
  • Identify and pursue commercial initiatives and opportunities.
  • Oversee the UK & NL Regional Marketing teams, collaborating with local General Managers and hotel teams to execute the Park Plaza 90-day plans and ongoing initiatives.
  • Actively engage in Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operational meetings.
  • Manage Regional PR strategies and activities.
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of media and marketing events.
  • Direct and oversee photo, video, and multimedia shoots across the estate.
  • Report, track activities, and communicate results effectively.
  • Manage the hotel Content Matrices, ensuring updates for hotels, restaurants, bars, M&E, and other relevant channels, online platforms, and listings.
  • Support the VP of Brand & Content Marketing and team members in launching new hotels, restaurants, and products.
  • Provide and share relevant industry insights and competitor data.
  • Supervise PR & Marketing Managers in both the UK & NL regions.
  • Assist the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience team with various initiatives.
