The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will partner with our operational leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage our communities and guests. This role reports directly to our Senior Marketing & Communications Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing launches, events, and campaigns, from concept generation to production and implementation.
  • Produce and update marketing collateral, including drafting copy and proofreading external communications.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and third parties, ensuring websites are maintained with up-to-date content and imagery.
  • Develop local marketing partnerships and support our General Manager and PR Manager with hosting media visits.
  • Develop Artfarm's marketing intelligence, understanding customer groups and local marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with our wider Marketing and PR team to ensure PR and marketing campaigns are integrated and aligned.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous marketing experience within a fast-paced hospitality business is preferred. You should be passionate about the hospitality industry and have a good understanding of its emerging trends.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with excellent communication skills in all forms.
  • A proactive and adaptable nature, capable of multitasking and troubleshooting.
  • Confident in being creative in design and application.
  • Great organizational skills with strong time management, prioritization, and execution. Always holding high standards of quality delivery.
